Returns Policy
We want you satisfied with every order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Response Fire Supply.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
- New, unused items in original packaging with all labels and documentation intact.
- Items with valid UL/FM listings still within manufacturer warranty.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built sprinkler assemblies or cut-to-length piping.
- Opened electronics (IoT monitors, compliance software activations, thermal imagers once activated).
- Hazardous materials that have been opened (aerosol corrosion inhibitors, antifreeze solutions).
- Items damaged by buyer after delivery.
How to Return
- Email info@theametza.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll issue an RMA number and return shipping instructions within one business day.
- Pack items securely with the RMA number visible on the outside of the box.
- Ship prepaid to the address provided. Keep your tracking receipt.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns of special-order or drop-ship items. We'll disclose the fee when issuing your RMA.
Defective Products
If a product is defective on arrival, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at your preference.
